Additionally, the course includes Tree Testing and Card Sorting, which are key methods for testing the information architecture of websites. It also covers Usability Testing and Diary Studies, where learners will be taught how to write test scripts, collect and analyze usability test data, and conduct research through diary records. This course is designed to provide a deep understanding and the necessary skills for conducting qualitative research to improve UX design and development effectively.
