We verify that you meet the criteria set by our partner companies This includes being under 45 years of age and having completed a WeStride course within a maximum of 10 months, which is the basic eligibility requirement for our Job Guarantee
2. Study
You will learn and develop various skills required for IT and technology careers based on the Career Track you choose, such as Full-stack, Data Analytics Science and Engineering, UX/UI, or Software Testing WeStride ensures that you are fully supported during your studies, gaining practical knowledge from experienced professionals in the IT field
3. Pass the assessments and portfolio review
To ensure that you are ready for IT and technology jobs, we require you to pass both the course assessments and portfolio review before you can proceed to the next steps
4. Receive career support
After passing the assessments and portfolio review, WeStride will provide you with career support through a dedicated career coach to help you refine your skills, review your LinkedIn profile and CV, and prepare for job applications You will need to apply to a minimum of 10 companies per week
5. Start working
Once you have completed all the steps and are fully prepared, we will assist you in finding and starting a job in the IT and technology field
