Pitcha Leelapornpisid

Pitcha is currently Portfolio Manager and Investor Relations at SeaX Ventures, overseeing a portfolio of 30+ deep-tech startups across the US, Europe, and APAC with a total AUM of $70M. Her role includes monitoring performance, supporting fundraising, and strategizing Asian market expansion.

Previously, she served as Assistant Director of Digital Asset Policy and Financial Innovation at the SEC Thailand, where she developed policies for digital token issuance, such as utility tokens and NFTs, and designed regulatory frameworks to promote blockchain adoption in fundraising and investment.

With additional experience as a consultant at IQVIA, driving market strategies for pharmaceutical products, and as an auditor at PwC, Pitcha combines expertise in investment management, market analysis, and strategic planning to support technology-driven businesses in the digital era.
